HOW TO EXERCISE WITH IT:

  • Waist Exercise: Put feet flat on the fixed footrest, holding the handle. With the tube, it is flexible to do a sit-up. It can consume twice as many calories than usual sit-ups.
  • Leg Exercise: Lay on the yoga mat, hold on the handle and place the foot on the footrest. Bend legs at a 90-degree angle and force forward. Do it 15 times for each set. It effectively exercises and strengthens the waist and thigh muscles.
  • Shoulder Exercise: Stand still and place your feet on the footrest, hold on the handle firmly, pull up and down. Do it 15 times for each set for at least 2-3 sets. It can prevent pericarditis and increase the flexibility of the shoulder.
  • Arm Exercise: Sit on the chair and put feet on the footrest, keep at a 90-degree angle and pull around the tube. Palms holding up the pull implement can exercise the arm's inside muscles.01
